HIGH SCHOOL CONFIRMATION
ABOUT
Saint Oscar Romero’s Confirmation program consists of Pre-Confirmation (Grade 9th), Confirmation Year 1 (Grade 9-11th), and Confirmation Year 2 (Grade 10-12th). Our program is a family-catechetical based program; designed to meet the catechetical and educational aspects back to the homes of the families of the youth. We are devoted to make Jesus Christ more known in the Domestic Church.
WHEN WE GATHER
We meet twice a month on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM. The first Wednesday of each month is a parents-only session, and an additional Wednesday of the month is a students-only session.
The purpose of these sessions is to foster spiritual growth, provide deeper clarification of the month’s lessons, and offer opportunities for faith-sharing and relational ministry within our parish’s parent and youth communities. At the beginning of each month, parents will receive an email with at-home reading assignments, reflections, and prayers for both parent and student to complete together.
HOW TO REGISTER
Registrations for the 2026-2027 Catechetical Year are now CLOSED. Registrations for the 2027-2028 Catechetical Year will open in the Summer of 2027. Please revisit this webpage at that time.

WHAT TO BRING AT REGISTRATION
1) A printed and completed registration packet (above).
2) A copy of your child’s Birth Certificate, Baptism Certificate, and First Eucharist Certificate.
3) Have your payment ready. Cash or check are acceptable payment methods. Checks may be payable to “Saint Oscar Romero”. If you are paying in cash, please have the exact amount. We do not have “change” on hand.
4) If you are NOT registered with our parish, you MUST register prior to registering for any Religious Education program in the parish. Download & complete the following form and bring it with you to your appointment.
